Arlene’s Story
Age 74, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend was called home to be with the Lord on April 9, 2018, after a lengthy illness. Arlene passed away at home with her partner of 44 years Tom Hyvonen, who was her primary caregiver after Arlene became ill.
Arlene was born December 25, 1943 in Santa Fe to her parents William “Willie” Romero and Ubaldita Roybal Romero. Arlene was preceded in death by her parents, and brother Gilbert. Arlene is survived by Thomas Hyvonen, her daughter Gloria Moody and husband Milo Moody, grandchildren: Nathan and wife Vanessa, Milo II, Mariah, Great Grand Children: Nathan, Zach, Alyssa, Julian, Nicholas and Xavier, and many cousins. Arlene will be greatly missed by her loving family.
A celebration of life memorial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at Berardinelli Family Funeral Home.
