Elias Varela, 102, of Pecos, passed away on February 23, 2018 at a local hospital. Elias is survived by Corrine and Eloy Varela. Services will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Saint Anthony’s Catholic Church in Pecos starting at 9:00 am for the Rosary and followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. Services will continue in Belen at Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens for the committal at 1:30 pm
