Emilia “Millie” Romero 92
October 27, 1930 – May 12, 2023

On the morning of May 12th, 2023 Emilia left this earth to meet her loving creator. She passed as peacefully as she lived with her family by her side. Emilia was an avid gardener, anything would grow for her, she loved being outdoors and the beauty of nature. She was preceded in death by her daughter Martha Lee Romero, her surviving children; Madeline Romero, Elizabeth Romero, James Romero, Aggie Chavez and son in law Sal Chavez. Grandchildren; Keith Miller, Kimberly Crawford, Meagan Romero, Michael Ryan Trujillo, & Catherine Trujillo. Seven Great Grandchildren; Cameron Montoya, Tyler Miller, Lorenzoe Miller, Drew Crawford, Chase Crawford, Ronin Rumsey and Ryder Rumsey. Many, many nieces and nephews. Emilia was born in 1930 to Carlos & Eufemia Sanchez in the small town of Wagon Mound New Mexico where she joined her siblings. Sisters; Odilia Vasquez, Sophie Hernandez, Dolores Romero & Flora Sanchez. Brothers; Carlos Sanchez & Lee Sanchez. Emilia had many friends and neighbors; she will surely be missed by all who knew her.
