Victor Lopez Herrera, of Santa Fe, passed away Tuesday, Oct 31st, 2017. He was a great example for all of this family. He was a hardworking man, who came to Santa Fe in search of providing a better life for his family.   During his 30 years here, he had numerous professions, including mechanic, construction worker, pizza delivery man, to name a few, until he found his passion for trucking, where he spent the last few years driving out in the oil fields. 
He is preceded in death by his father Francisco Lopez and infant son Victor Issai Lopez. He is survived by his mother, Ma. Soledad Herrera of Mexico, his beloved wife of 29 years, Guadalupe, and his daughters Yalithza Lopez and husband Juan M. Salcido, Victoria Lopez and partner Kevin J. Archuleta, Lupita Lopez and son Ibrahim Lopez; his four grandkids Luis Alberto Perez III, Itzayana Salcido Lopez, Victor Manuel Salcido Lopez, and Kendra Jacqueline Archuleta, along with numerous other family members and friends who loved and appreciated him dearly.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 3rd at 11am at Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Catholic Church in Santa Fe, NM. Burial will follow at Rosario Cemetery at 12pm.
